Susan M. Bender

Susan M. (nee Mulawka) Bender; of Hamburg, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 22, 2025. Beloved wife of 43 years to Larry P. Bender. Loving mother of Timothy Bender and Kristin (Darren) Adair. Adoring grandmother of Cailin, Hannah, Allison, and Camryn Bender, and Mazarine Adair. Dear daughter of Mary Patricia (Schreiner) and the late Andrew Mulawka. Dear sister of Andrew (Karen) Mulawka, Eric (Wende) Mulawka, Patricia (late Larry) Myers, the late Kathleen Mulawka, Michael (Lauren) Mulawka, and Sharon Egan. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Susan enjoyed playing Scrabble with her sisters and Mom, bingo and baking with her grandkids, book club, biking and vacationing with her husband, Larry. She also enjoyed summers in her backyard and pool. The family will be present Tuesday, May 27th, from 4 to 8 PM at the F E Brown Sons Funeral Home, 6575 E. Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 28th, at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Road, Orchard Park, NY.
