Sonia M. Malfa

Sonia M. Malfa, MD, age 78, of Orchard Park, died Friday, September 4, 2015 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, NY. Mrs. Malfa was born November 7, 1936 in Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of the late Pelino and the late Clemencia (Feliciano) Cortes.

Beloved wife of the late Dr. John D. Malfa; loving mother of John M.; Lisa A.; Sonia M. and Robert (Heather) Malfa; grandmother of Kayli and Dillon Malfa; sister of Mirta Cortes.

The funeral will be held 10:00am on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park, NY. Please assemble at church. Burial will be in Nativity of Our Lord Cemetery, Orchard Park on Friday.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, September 9th from 7:00pm -9:00pm and Thursday, September 10th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
