Shirley Jean Rowell

Shirley Jean Rowell, age 88, of Orchard Park, died Friday, June 17, 2016 at Fox Run of Orchard Park, NY. Mrs. Rowell was born May 19, 1928 in Buffalo, NY. She is the daughter of the late Richard and the late Edna (Clark) Kuehne. She married Alfred P. Rowell.


Beloved wife of A. Paddy Rowell Sr.; loving mother of A. Paddy (Kathy) Rowell Jr., Linda J. (Robert) Ernst, Gail M. (Late George) Wheeler, Paul R. (Ruth) Rowell and Bruce D. (Laurene) Rowell; also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.


Friends received Wednesday, June 22 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Services will be private.

Jean is a past Matron of the Zion Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, was retired from the Town of Orchard Park as a Crossing Guard for 20 years, past President of WNY Winnie Club. Jean served as director and leader for Girls Scouts of America for over 25 years.
