Sharon R, Kabel

KABEL - Sharon R. (nee Clauss) Of Orchard Park, NY, died on August 2, 2022. Wife of the late Thomas N. Kabel; loving mother of three sons, Jeffrey, Christopher and Matthew; three daughters, Sarah, Laura and Cynthia; eleven grandchildren; and sister of Carol Clulow and the late Thomas Clauss Jr. She loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed international travel and had a love for reading. Sharon earned a Bachelor's degree in teaching from Buffalo State College, and a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary. Sharon found happiness working with the church. She was a Eucharistic Minister, a lector and was on the Parish Council at Nativity of Our Lord Church for many years. She was also a Pastoral Associate, spending much of her time helping the community at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Up until recently, she resided in Siesta Key, Florida, where she also volunteered at her church there.
A funeral mass will be held Friday August 12, 2022 at 11:00am in Nativity of Our Lord Church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Nativity of Our Lord Church.
