Conners; niece of Erin and Matt Kearns, Neil and Jenna Sullivan, Michaela and Melissa Sullivan, Ryan Sullivan and Ryan Conners and the late Aunt Sara (Rich) Matthews; loving cousin of Kate, Mairin, Matthew, Brigid, Makayla, Ava, Evan, Mari and Brennan Matthews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:30 am on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Our Lady of Charity Church at Holy Family Church, South Park at Tifft, Buffalo, NY.
