Ruth E. Forward, age 98, of Orchard Park, died Monday, November 28, 2016 at Sisters Hospital of Buffalo, NY. Mrs. Forward was born February 15, 1918 in Boston, MA. She is the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Ethel (Brackenbush) Bangs.
Beloved with of the late Edwin M. Forward; mother of Carolyn A. (Fredrik) Bruhn, Arthur B. (Debbie) and Gordon M. (Linda) Forward; grandmother of Lynda, Rick, Bradley, Amelia, Amanda, Jennifer, and Elizabeth; great grandmother of Andrew, Emily, Ethan, Colin, Nathaniel, Jack, and Carolyn; sister of Patricia Jones and the late Emily Page and Elmer Bangs.
The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Orchard Park Presbyterian, 4369 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY with officiating. Burial will be in Edgell Grove Cemetery and Mausoleum, Framingham, MA.
