Rita M. Saunders, age 91, of Hamburg, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at Elderwood at Hamburg. Mrs. Saunders was born February 25, 1925 in Chicago, IL. She is the daughter of Henry McMahon and Ann (King) McMahon.
Wife of the late Richard D. Saunders Sr.; loving mother of Diane (Joseph) Bognar, Sharon (Jeffrey) Stanes and the late Richard D. (Elaine) Saunders Jr.; grandmother of Sandi Saunders, Jennifer and Kelly Samardak, Mary Beth Bognar, Brian and Jason Stanes and Cheryl Vallon; great grandmother of Tommy, Grace, Emily, Alex and Elizabeth; also survived by nieces, nephews and two sisters.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4536 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 4 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
