Richard C. Higgins, age 89, of Orchard Park died Friday, December 31, 2010 at Fox Run, Orchard Park.
Mr. Higgins was born in Buffalo, NY the son of the late William and the late Isabelle (Deckert) Higgins. He married Ruth Smith.
He is survived by his wife: Ruth (Smith) Higgins, his sons, Richard C. (Jennifer) and Robert W., he was predeceased by son Douglass. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 5th at10:00am at the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, 4369 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park.
