Ashford, NY on July 6, 1922 to Asher and Sarah Frank. He graduated from Buffalo Technical High School in 1939. His career spanned from graphic artist to engineering draftsman. He retired from Moog, Inc. after 23 years of service. He enjoyed photography professionally and as a hobby with membership in Professional Photographers Society of New York.
Richard is survived by his children, Bruce Frank and Beverly Blough; his grandchildren, Richard Frank, Judy Robinson, Matthew Eliser, Bradley Frank, Sarah Frank, Andrew Frank; his great-grandchildren, Alexis McKetrick, Montana Eliser, Reece Eliser, Danielle Robinson, Jacelyn Robinson, Serena Frank, Tristan Frank, Charlotte Frank, Austin Frank; niece,Mary Lou Knaggs. He was predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Jean Frank; brother, Norbert Frank; sister-in-law, Joan Frank; and nephew John Frank
