Mr. Upson was born in Buffalo, NY the son of James F. and Patricia (Harris) Upson.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 10:00am at St. Mark's Episcopal,
6595 E. Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
Memorials may be made to Compeer West Inc. 135 Delaware Avenue Suite 210 Buffalo, NY 14202 or St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
