Mrs. Foutz was born December 18, 1944 at Ft. Lauderdale, FL the daughter of the late James and the late Edith (Fisher) Willis. She married Charles W. Foutz.
She is survived by her husband: Charles W. Foutz, her Daughters; Charlene (Zoly) Almasi and Ramona L. (Charles) Bellavia; and her beloved grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 11:00am at the Wesleyan Church Of Hamburg, McKinley Parkway, Hamburg.
