Lorraine F. Wergen passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late William Wergen. Devoted mother of Daniel (Pamela) Wergen, Marie Washburn, and William Wergen. Loving grandmother to Daniel Wergen Jr, Christopher Wergen and Krystal Washburn. Adoring great grandmother of Addison and Lily Wergen. Daughter of the late William and Jean (Makowski) Hess. Dear sister of Charlotte Konnick, Joyce Costa, Lawrence Hess and predeceased by siblings Jane Engfer, Alvina Podgurski, Leona Przymylski, Richard Hess and Charles Hess. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, May 24th at 10:00 AM in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue at S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity if so inclined in honor of Lorraine.
A celebration luncheon will follow the church service.
