Fromm, LaVerne G. Jr. (Skip), 79 of Orchard Park, NY. Devoted husband of 57 years to Nancy L. (nee Ahrens) Fromm. Beloved father of Melissa G. Fromm and Gregory J. Fromm. Son of the late Hildagard (Wild) and late LaVerne G. Fromm, Sr. Youngest brother of the late Joyce and late Alan Runkel, the late Ruth Ann and late Charles Buchanan, Mary Ellen and the late Phil Chamot, the late Kenneth and Lillian Fromm, the late George and late Sharon Fromm. Grandfather of Kohl, Owen, Parker, Luke, Tierney, and Abigayle. Dearest brother-in-law of Susan (Ahrens) and David Spindler. Son-in-law of the late Audrey and late John L. Ahrens, Jr. Also survived by dozens of nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren, cousins, and countless friends. Skip was a former physical education teacher with the Orchard Park Central School District. He retired from the Travelers Insurance Company after decades of service in the industry. He was an avid golfer and a very skilled handyman and gardener. Mr. Fromm was a 1963 graduate of Kenmore East High School in addition to the University of Buffalo. He loved the Buffalo Bills and the UB Bulls. He will be missed more than he ever could have imagined. The family welcomes visitors Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 4 to 8 PM at the FE Browns Sons Funeral Home, 6575 E. Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Mr. and Mrs. Fromm love flowers and they are greatly appreciated.
