Obituary

Judith Ann (Fiegel) Ford

July 11, 1942 - August 4, 2026

Of Orchard Park, NY entered into eternal life on August 4th, 2026. Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Francis C. Ford, Jr.; dear mother of Annette (John) Bahun and Matthew (Aleida) Ford; loving Grandma of Caitlin (Jackson) Baldwin, Kristen (Harry) Johnson, Benjamin Bahun, Camille Ford, Olivia Bahun and great grandmother of Julia Baldwin. Judy is survived by her sisters Joanne Popp-Lindemann of Olcott and Carol Wehrlin of Lockport. She was predeceased by her sister Patricia Seibel and brother James Fiegel.

Before co-owning Ford Electric, Inc. with her husband, Judy worked as an accountant in the Spectrum Graphics Department at Peter J. Schmitt Co. She was an avid cross-country skier and founding member of the Edelweiss Ski Touring Club. An accomplished bridge player at the Orchard Park Senior Center, Judy was the partner everyone hoped to have. She brought that same enthusiasm to board games shared with family and friends. Winning alongside her was a privilege, but spending time with her was the real reward.

Judy's farming roots shaped the person she became, instilling in her an appreciation for hard work, nature, and life's simple pleasures. She loved being outdoors whether working in her yard or walking through her neighborhood and found joy in the beauty of nature.

Her life was a beautiful example of quiet resilience, humility and grace. She was the heart of her family, a steady source of love, strength, and guidance whose kindness and unwavering presence will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11am in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park NY 14127.
