John D. Murray, Jr., age 67, of Orchard Park, died Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, NY. Mr. Murray was born November 8, 1946 in Binghamton, NY. He is the son of the late John D. and Louise R. (Rockwell) Murray. He married Mary G. Garrison.
He is survived by his wife: Mary G. (Garrison) Murray; loving father of Caitlin (Patrick) Virtue; and Sean Murray, cherished grandfather of Molly K. Virtue and beloved brother.
A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Friday, February 28, 2014 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park, NY.
Calling hours will be Thursday, February 27 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The YMCA Buffalo Niagara, The Strong kids Annual Campaign 301 Cayuga Rd. Suite 100 Buffalo, New York 14225.
