James D. Petlock, age 88, of State College, PA, died Friday, May 17, 2019. Mr. Petlock was born September 28, 1930 in Orchard Park, NY.
He is the son of the late John F. and the late Phyllis S. (Shaffer) Petlock; brother of Jane (Thomas) Boyd and John (Margaret) Petlock; uncle of Jayne Kustreba, Susan Andolina, Cynthia Cirocco, Thomas Boyd and Sandra Brasier.
James was a part of a geological study and had a mountain named after him.
No prior visitation.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park, NY. Burial will be in Nativity of Our Lord Cemetery, Orchard Park.
