Fred C. Zell, age 91, of Orchard Park, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at Absolut of Orchard Park of Orchard Park, NY. Mr. Zell was born December 19, 1924 in East Hamburg, NY. He is the son of the late Fred and the late Mable (Whittier) Zell.
He served in the Navy during World War II from 12/14/1942 to 01/12/1946.
Beloved husband of the late Ruth E. (Vossler) Zell; loving father of Sandra L. (Stephen) Shafer, Richard (Rose) Zell, David (late Bette) Zell, James (Sharon) Zell; also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday November 15th from 6-8pm; with Military Honors at 7:00pm.
