Esther E. Steel, age 98, of Orchard Park, died Friday, June 19, 2020 at Elderwood at Wheatfield of Niagara Falls, NY. Mrs. Steel was born February 4, 1922 in Buffalo, NY. She is the daughter of the late William F. and the late Clara Maude (Ridley) Yaeger.
Beloved wife of the late James A. Steel; mother of Jeanette (Norman) Howe, James A. (Kathleen) Steel III, Douglas W. (Susan) Steel, and Darlene (David) Ferhman; survived by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a nephew Alan (Connie) Sutherland and niece (Margaret (William) McNeilly.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church at a date and time to be announced.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park.
Memorial donations may be made in Esther's memory to the church.
