Edward F. Worden

WORDEN - Edward F., of West Seneca NY., February 5, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer Edward passed away at Beechwood Homes in Getzville, NY at the age of 95. He was predeceased by his wife in Catherine (Graham) of 55 years, and his brother Charles J. of Fort Erie, Ontario. He is survived by his brother in law Robert (Olive) Graham and sister in law June (Edward) Graham along with many nephews and nieces, with whom he enjoyed many memorable occasions in life. Edward was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Orchard Park, Palmer Masonic Lodge #372 in Fort Erie, Ontario, and a member of the Past Potentate of the Ismailia Shriners, West Seneca, NY. Edward was also a WWII Veteran of the US Coast Guard.
Edward will be remembered by all who knew him for his generosity, many acts of kindness and charitable donations. At Ed’s request no service or visitation.
Cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest with Catherine at St. Mark’s in Orchard Park, in the columbarium. If desired donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo Foundation Inc. at www.hospicebuffalo.org . or Roswell Park Alliance Foundation at www.roswellpark.org .
