Douglas Jakel

Jakel, Douglas G.; January 23, 2024; beloved father of Denise and Dee Jakel; devoted grandfather of Carissa, Alethea, Sarah, and Jonathan Kavarnos and Emily Jakel; son of the late Arthur and Rosemary (nee Mullen) Jakel; dear brother of James (Theresa Wiater) Jakel; dear uncle of Amy Siegel and Suzanne Jakel. Douglas was a US Navy Seabee and a retiree of the NYS Thruway Authority. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 17th at 11 AM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 6595 E. Quaker Road, Orchard Park, NY. Arrangements by the F.E.
