Dorothy E. Mcgovern

McGovern, Dorothy (nee Emmerling); of Orchard Park, NY, passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Arthur J. McGovern; dearest mother of Shannon L. (Curtis) Taylor, Terrence R. (Tammy) McGovern and the late Maureen A. McGovern; devoted grandmother of three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; dear sister to Rosemary (late Frank) Marsolais, Harold (Maggie) Emmerling, and the late Leona (late John) Ramsey; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a retired teacher who taught at West Seneca Public School #5. She also was an avid golfer and actress in many small theater productions. No prior visitation.
