Mrs. Duggan was born in New York City, the daughter of the late Henry and the late Agnes (Duft) Mulder. Beloved Wife of the Late William C. Duggan.
She is survived y, William M. (Shannon), and Robert B. (Kathy). Also survived by two grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Monday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:00 at St. John's Evangelical Luthern Church, 4536 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park .
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Hamburg on Tuesday.
