Doreen C. Murphy, age 78, of Orchard Park, died Friday, October 5, 2018 at Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehab of Clarence, NY. Mrs. Murphy was born November 27, 1939 in Buffalo, NY. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Doreen (Gingras) McMenamy. She married Joseph T. Murphy.
Beloved wife of Joseph T. Murphy; loving mother of Joseph A. MD (Suzanne) Murphy, Philip F. MD (Mary Rita MD) Murphy, Doreen M. (Thomas) Gambino, Patrick J. (Carrie) Murphy and the late Paul Thomas and Mary Jennine Murphy. Grandmother of Isabel, Michael, John, Abigail, Grace, Sean, Brendan, Colin, Ryan, Erin, Kevin, Meghan, Aileen, Sara (John) Radel, Peter (Melissa) Gambino, and Jill (Jeffrey) Cavarello. Great-grandmother of Bailey, Carson, Desmond, Aleena, Whitney, Lincoln and Kiana. Sister of Charles (Eileen) McMenamy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00am on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park, NY. A prayer service will be held 9:15am on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Burial will be in Nativity of Our Lord Cemetery, Orchard Park on Saturday.
Calling hours will be Thursday, October 11 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm and Friday, October 12 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm at F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY.
