Donald J. Donewirth

DONEWIRTH- Donald J. January 24, 2022, 94, of Orchard Park, New York, after a long illness. Beloved husband of Lore Donewirth, dearest father of the late Diane Donewirth. Donald was the son of the late Edwin and late Annette (Fisher) Donewirth, dear brother of the late Neil Donewirth and is survived by three nieces, Laura Mussler, Rebecca Beamer and Diana Schwab, other relatives and friends.
Donald grew up in Williamsville, New York, was an engineering graduate of the University of Buffalo and received a masters degree from the University of Connecticut. He was an executive at American Radiator, ATO Industry and Ferro Corporation. He and his wife lived in France for many years as well as Belgium, Connecticut and Ohio and spent many winters in Hutchinson Island, Florida.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
