• David Ivan Johnson, of Orchard Park, NY passed away on September 10th, 2026, at the age of 97. Beloved husband of Valerie (Rynaski) Johnson. David is survived by his daughter, Sally L. (Robert Finn) Johnson and his grandson Evan (Tiffany) Schonour and his great-grandchildren Madison, Cohen, and Darren, granddaughter Sara (Shantel) Schonour, granddaughter Annie (Matt) and great-grandchildren Boston, Harrison, and Catherine; his son Theodore K. Johnson, grandchildren Halle (RJ) Hearn and great-grandchildren Daniel, Andrew, and Ella, grandson Theodore David Johnson, grandson Sean Johnson, granddaughter Mary Bridget Johnson and great-grandchildren Sean and Linus, and granddaughter Kelly Johnson; his daughter Caroline (Scott) Calhoun and grandson Patrick Calhoun and great-grandchildren Finn and Declan, grandson John (Emily) Calhoun and great-grandson Aiden; and his daughter Cada H. Johnson. Son of the late Roy and Catherine (Koenig) Johnson. Dear brother of the late Theodore K. (late Betty) Johnson, survived by his nieces Nancy (Brian) Davies and Louise (Greg) Toth. Also survived by many other loving nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends on Friday, October 9th from 4 to 7 P.M. at the F E Brown Sons Funeral Home, 6575 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service and Celebration of David's life on Saturday, October 10th from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. at the Buffalo Yacht Club, 1 Porter Avenue, Buffalo, NY, 14201.
